Good news! The container shipped in December arrived on April 14, 2011 at the Iris Ministries compound and is presently being distributed.
Bosnia-Herzegovina – March 2011 Update
Feeding The Nations was privileged to assist Gary Cooper once again by providing funds to bless 160 more families with food boxes for an Easter Outreach. The 35% unemployment rate of Bosnia makes it very difficult for people to purchase even basic necessities. Through these food boxes Gary is able to share the gospel and encourage local believers.
Haiti – March 2011 Update
On March 29, 2011 FTN donated 26 pallets of vitamin supplements worth over $215,539 to Global Assist Network for distribution in Haiti.
Zambia – March 2011 Update
Good news! The 250,000 meals plus 6,400 bottles of vitamins shipped on December 28, 2010 arrived on March 19, 2011 to assist the 6,200 children currently supported by FTN.
On March 23, 2011 FTN teamed up with Global Samaritan Resources to ship 924,000 servings of protien fortified vegetable soup to be dispursed between the 17 orphanages and Christian schools we currently assist.
Liberia – March 2011 Update
On March 30, 2011 FTN and Global Assistance sent 41,652 pounds of fortified rice and soy protein meal packages to the Gorzohn Community of Liberia.
